When wholesale expansion revealed the industry’s shocking 10% waste norm, we refused to accept it. How could we grow by compromising our values? Instead, we built our own kitchen, transforming surplus into fresh, nourishing meals. Waste wasn’t inevitable, it was a flaw we chose to redesign, turning an industry problem into a solution that propels our mission forward.
